At William Blair, we support our Alliance Groups—Women’s, Veterans, Pride, and ONE—by fostering diversity, awareness, and connection across our communities. As internal programming expanded, I developed a cohesive set of symbols that function both individually and as a unified system, beginning with the ONE Alliance as the foundation. Using a consistent linear approach, each icon is built from three lines, creating clean, modern marks that represent each group while visually tying them together.
