William Blair’s Inspiring Women event brings together female leaders for meaningful conversations around key issues. The 2025 event featured a keynote breakfast with neuroscientist and Still Alice author Lisa Genova, followed by sessions with William Blair’s Global Strategist and Private Wealth Management experts.

I had the opportunity to lead the refreshed creative direction which builds on the firm’s familiar blue and purple tones with decreased saturation for a more feminine yet dynamic impact, while a staggered type treatment reflects the breadth of expertise and collaboration at the event. This approach allows speaker imagery to lead across digital assets, paired with bold typographic backdrops for on-site moments like photo opportunities, with flexibility to evolve color and featured speakers for future events.
